2 TIME WORLD CHAMPION Jeff Allen's first wager came in 1970, when a $20 play on Miami at a young age got this future handicapping champion off and running. Raised in a gambling world that included underground card games, street-alley crap shoots and backroom sports books, Jeff - at age 25 - was graced with street smarts and more gambling experience than most in an entire lifetime. MOVE TO VEGAS Jeff began dealing cards full-time in a Vegas' casinos, while handicapping and betting sports during his spare time.
